SPC = service programming code. Are you trying to activate it on Cricket? For cricket I believe the SPC needs to be changed to 333333, but otherwise it should be 000000.

Hello so i bought this phone from someone its the galaxy4 and its flashed to cricket originally its a sprint phone. the person I bought it from had it connected to cricket so it was working just fine, so when I called to have my number ported over the operator doesnt find a problem porting the number the problem came when i had to program the phone myself. I keep getting a signal that says: "SPC falied too many times" what does that mean ?? SOMEONE PLEASE HELP
