    Transferring Contacts via Google Sync:

You can use your Google account in order to sync the contacts stored on your Galaxy Win. Once the contacts are synced, you can then re-sync them from the Google account to the Galaxy S5 Active.

    1. Sign in with your Google account on the Samsung Galaxy Win
    2. Press "Menu" while on the home screen
    3. Tap "Settings"
    4. Go to "My accounts" and tap "Google"
    5. Touch the "user name" or "email address"
    6. Tap "Sync now". Alternatively, clear and mark the "Sync Contacts" check box
    7. On the Galaxy S5 Active, register the same Google account as the one used on the Galaxy Win
    8. Launch the apps drawer and tap "Settings"
    9. Under "User and Backup", tap "Accounts"
    10. Press "Menu" and tap "Sync all"

    Using the "Contacts" App:

You can transfer the contacts stored on the Samsung Galaxy Win to the SGS5 Active by first exporting them in the form of a vCard file. Once the file is obtained, you can transfer it to the SGS5 Active via email or with the use of a computer

    1. Open the "Contacts" app on the Galaxy Win
    2. From the "Contacts" tab, press "Menu"
    3. Tap "Contacts to display" > "All contacts"
    4. Press "Menu" and tap "import / Export"
    5. Tap "Export to SD card" and make sure you remember the file's name
    6. Tap "OK"
    7. Open the email client and compose a new email with the VCF file attached to it
    8. Send the email to your own Gmail address
    9. On the Samsung Galaxy S5 Active, open the email and download the attached vCard file
    10. Launch the "Contacts" app and press "Menu" > "Import / Export"
    11. Tap "Import from SD card" > "import from storage"
    12. Select an account and load the desired vCard file

NOTE: once you have obtained the vCard file on the Galaxy Win, you can transfer it to the Galaxy S5 Active by connecting both smartphones to a computer via USB, and manually transfer the file from the Win's storage to the Galaxy S5 Active's "sdcard" directory. After the file has been transferred, import its contents through the "Contacts" app

Using "Send Anywhere" for Contact Transfer:

Send Anywhere is a third party app that can be used to transfer contacts from one phone to the other via a P2P connection. Access to a computer is not required.

    1. Open the Google Play Store and install "Send Anywhere" on both of your Android smartphones
    2. After the app has been installed, launch it on both devices
    3. On the Samsung Galaxy Win, tap "Send" > "Contacts"
    4. Select the desired contacts and tap "Send"
    5. Choose the desired transfer method. You can tap "Receive" on the Galaxy S5 Active and enter the transfer code generated on the Galaxy Win, or you can touch "Generate QR Code" on the Win, and scan the QR code with the Active's camera to commence the transfer
