    Restoring Applications:

    1. Sign in with your Samsung or Google account
    2. Go to the phone's "Settings" menu
    3. Scroll to "User and Backup" and tap "Accounts"
    4. Select "Samsung" or "Google", depending on the type of account you have used when you've backed up the data
    5. Tap your "email address" at the top of the screen
    6. Tap "Sync all"
    7. Press "Back" until you return to the "User and Backup" menu
    8. Tap "Backup and reset"
    9. Mark / Clear the check boxes associated with "Back up my data" and "Automatic restore"

    Restoring Contacts

    Restoring Contacts from a Google or Samsung Account:

    1. Sign in with your Samsung or Google account
    2. Tap "Apps" while on the home screen
    3. Go to "Settings"
    4. Scroll to "User and Backup" and go to "Accounts"
    5. Tap "Samsung" or "Google", depending on the type of account you've used when backing up the contacts
    6. Tap your "email address" located at the top-side of the screen
    7. Mark the check box next to "Sync contacts"
    8. Tap "Sync now"

    Restoring Contacts Stored on the SD Card:

    1. Launch the "Contacts" application
    2. Go to the "Contacts" tab
    3. Press the "Menu" key and tap "Settings" > "Contacts"
    4. Tap "Import / Export" > "Import from SD card"
    5. Choose the desired account and then load the VCF file

    Restoring Media

    Restoring Media File from the Phone's Storage:

    1. Launch the apps drawer
    2. Go to "My Files" > "All files"
    3. Tap "SD card"
    4. Press "Menu" and tap "Select"
    5. Mark the check boxes next to the files and / or folders that that you wish to restore
    6. Press "Menu" and tap "Move"
    7. Tap "Device storage"
    8. Navigate to where you want to restore the files and then tap "Move here"
    9. To move the files to a different location, tap "Create folder" > "Move here"

    Restoring Media Files from a Windows PC:

    1. Establish a connection between your Galaxy S5 Sport and computer via USB
    2. Swipe the "Status" bar down on the smartphone
    3. Tap "Connected as a media device" and mark the check box next to "Media device (MTP)"
    4. Click "Open device to view files" on the computer
    5. Launch a second Windows Explorer window and navigate to the media files backed up on your PC
    6. Copy the desired files and then transfer them to the "Phone" or "Card" directories on your phone
    7. After the transfer is complete, safely disconnect your smartphone by clicking the "mass storage device" icon located in the system tray

    Restoring Media Files from a Mac Computer:

    1. Connect the SGS5 Sport to the Mac via USB
    2. Swipe the "Status" bar down on the S5 Sport
    3. Tap "Connected as a media device" > "Media device" check box
    4. Launch Kies on the Mac
    5. From the Kies main page, click the "Back up / restore" tab
    6. Go to the "Restore" tab
    7. Mark the check boxes next to "Photo" and "Music". NOTE: to restore all of your files, mark the check box associated with "Select all items"
    8. Click "Restore" and follow any on-screen prompts to complete the process
    9. After the files have been restored, safely disconnect your smartphone from the Mac
