    Clearing App Cache / Data:

NOTE: In case one or more of your applications don't run as intended, freezes or crashes, then you might be able to fix these problems by clearing the app's cache. If that fails, you can also try clearing the app's data.

WARNING! Clearing an app's data will result in the deletion of all personal data stored in the app, including log in and credit card information, saved games, saved profiles, high scores etc. As such, it's recommended that you first try and clear the app's cache.

    1. While on the home screen, tap "Apps"
    2. Open "Settings"
    3. Go to "Device" and tap "Apps"
    4. Access the "All" or "Downloaded" tab
    5. Select the desired application
    6. Tap "Clear cache"
    7. If wiping the cache hasn't solved the problems, tap "Clear data" > "OK"

    Wiping the Phone's Cache Partition:

NOTE: If your phone is acting up and you're consider the possibility of fixing these problems by master resetting your device, then you might want to try and solve these issues by wiping the phone's cache partition first. Unlike a master reset, when you clear the cache partition you won't lose personal data stored on the phone's internal memory. To wipe the cache:

    1. Turn off your smartphone
    2. Press and hold the "Volume Up", "Home" and "Power" buttons
    3. Release the keys when the image of an Android appears
    4. From the menu, press "Volume down" to navigate to and highlight "wipe data cache partition"
    5. Press "Power" and the device will wipe the cache
    6. Once the process is complete, "Reboot system now" will be highlighted
    7. Press "Power" to reboot your device

NOTE: If wiping the cache partition didn't solve the problems with your phone, then you might want to visit this thread for a full guide on how you can factory reset the ZTE Concord II

    Safe Mode

NOTE: In safe mode all third party applications are disabled. As such, this is a great tool that can be very helpful when trying to remove an application that prevents you from uninstalling it while running, or while running processes in the background. To enable safe mode and remove an app:

    1. With the smartphone turned on, press and hold "Power"
    2. Tap the "Power" off option
    3. At the "Reboot to safe mode message", tap "OK"
    4. After the smartphones reboots, a "Safe mode" label should be displayed in the lower-left corner
    5. To uninstall an app, go to the phone's "Settings" menu
    6. Under "Device", tap "Apps"
    7. Access the "Downloaded" or "All" tab
    8. Select the desired app, and tap "Uninstall"
    9. To exit safe mode, press and hold "Power"
    10. Tap "Power off" > "OK"
    11. Hold the "Power" key to reboot your smartphone in "standard" mode
