I've seen some app available which works only if internet is there , but neither me nor his phone have internet connection. I just want an app which simply saves all details in a place in his mobile, which i can see later

i want to spy on my kids phone call logs and messages which usually he deletes after making calls or sms. He doesnt have internet connection.
Is there any way by which i can see his call logs and msges which he delets on daily interval. I dont want him to know abt this.
I've access to his phone always.
Is there any app available which i can install in his cell and view his all call logs and msg which he made in the day even if he delets it.
Pl help me.
He is using samsung dues android 2.0 mobile.
