Contact Management

Adding Contact:

1. From the home screen, tap "Contacts"
2. Tap the "+" button to start creating a new contact
3. Select to save the contact on the "Phone", "Google" account or "SIM"
4. Enter the contact's first and last name in the appropriate fields
5. Type in the contact's phone number in the proper field
6. If necessary, select the phone number type, and add any additional details such as email address etc.
7. When ready, tap "Save"

Assigning a Contact to Speed Dial:

1. Tap "Phone" while on the home screen
2. Press "Menu" and tap "Speed dial"
3. Select the keypad number you wish to use for speed dialing (from 2 to 99. Number 1 is reserved for voicemail)
4. Choose the contact you wish to associated with the dial pad number

Importing Contacts:

1. Launch the "Contacts" application
2. Press "Menu" and tap "Import / Export"
3. Select to "Import from SIM card", "Import from SD card" or "Import from internal storage"
4. Select the location where the contacts should be imported
5. If necessary, follow any additional on-screen prompts to complete the process

Exporting Contacts:

1. Tap "Contacts" while viewing the home screen
2. Press the "Menu" key and tap "Import / Export"
3. Select to "Export to SIM card", "Export to SD card" or "Export to internal storage"
4. Choose the contacts you wish to export
5. Follow any additional self-explanatory steps to complete the export

Deleting Contacts:

1. Launch the "Contacts" app
2. From the contacts screen, tap and hold a contact you wish to delete
3. Tap "Delete contact" and press "yes" to confirm

Managing Caller Groups

Creating a Caller Group:

1. While on the home screen, tap "Contacts"
2. Access the "Groups" tab
3. Press "Menu" and tap "New group"
4. Type in the name of the group
5. Optionally, select a group ringtone
6. Add members to the group if you so desire
7. When ready, tap "Save"

Adding Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

1. Launch the "Contacts" app
2. Go to the "Groups" tab and select the group you wish to add contacts to
3. Tap "Menu" and select "Edit group"
4. Tap "Add member" and select the contacts you wish to add
5. Tap "Add" and press "Save" to confirm

Removing Contacts from a Caller Group:

1. Launch the "Contacts" app
2. From the "Groups" tab, select the group you wish to edit
3. Press "Menu" and tap "Edit group"
4. To remove members, tap the red "X" button next to the desired group members
5. Tap "Save"
