Contact Management

Adding a Contact:

1. While viewing the home screen, tap "Contacts"
2. Access the "Contacts" tab
3. Tap "+" and select to save the contact to "Device", "SIM card", "Google" or "Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync"
4. Type in the contact details in the appropriate field
5. Enter the contact's phone number and select the desired phone number type, if necessary
6. When ready, tap "Save"

Adding a Contact to Speed Dial:

1. Tap "Phone" while on the home screen
2. If necessary, tap the "Keypad" tab
3. Tap "Menu" > "Speed dial"
4. Tap the number you wish to use for speed dialing
5. Select the contact you wish to associated with the dial pad number

Deleting Contacts:

1. Launch the "Contacts" application
2. Access the "Contacts" tab
3. Press "Menu" and tap "Delete"
4. Mark the check boxes next to the contacts you wish to delete
5. Tap "Done" > "OK"

Contact Import / Export

Importing / Exporting Contacts from the SIM:

1. Launch the "Contacts" app and go to the "Contacts" tab
2. Tap "Menu" and go to "Settings" > "Contacts"
3. Tap "Import / Export"
4. Follow one of the sets of steps below:
   
   • To export contacts:
     
     1. Tap "Export to SIM card"
     2. Tap "Select all" and choose what individual contacts to export
     3. Tap "Done" > "OK"
   • To import contacts from the SIM:
     
     1. Tap "Import from SIM card"
     2. If required, select an account
     3. Mark the contacts you wish to import or tap "Select all"
     4. Tap "Done"

Importing / Exporting Contacts from the SD Card:

1. Launch the "Contacts" application
2. From the "Contacts" tab, press "Menu"
3. Tap "Settings" > "Contacts"
4. Tap "Import / Export" and perform one of the following steps:
   
   • To import contacts from the SD card:
     
     1. Tap "Import from SD card" and choose the location where the contacts should be imported
     2. Tap "Import vCard file", "Import multiple vCard files" or "Import all vCard files"
     3. Tap "OK" and if necessary, select the desired vCard file and press "OK" again
   • To export contacts to the SD card:
     
     1. Tap "Export to SD card"
     2. Tap "OK" to confirm

Caller Group Management

Creating a New Caller Group:

1. Tap "Contacts" while on the home screen
2. Access the "Groups" tab
3. Tap "Create" and enter the desired name for the group
4. Tap "Add member" and mark the check boxes associated with the contacts you wish to add to the group
5. Tap "Done" > "Save"

Adding Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

1. From the "Contacts" app, access the "Groups" tab
2. Tap a group
3. Press "+' and mark the contacts you wish to add to the group
4. When ready, tap "Done"
