    There are several ways to try and make more space:

    • Back up your photos and videos, then remove some of them to make more space
    • Back up and delete text & multimedia messages
    • Uninstall third party apps you won't use
    • Connect the phone to your PC and manually transfer media files and such
    • If possible, clear the phone's cache, and / or app cache
    • Try moving some of the data to the SD card, assuming that the internal storage is the one that's full
