    do not get an unlocked phone for boost... is not going to work 100%. better off with an original boost phone

    Boost will usually only activate phones that are programmed for their service. They are CDMA, and the phones are usually the same model numbers as Sprint phones, but you can't just activate a Sprint phone on boost (without some technically illegal ESN swapping) since they have a database of ESN numbers/phones.
