Contact Management

Adding a New Contact:

1. While viewing the home screen, tap "Apps"
2. Launch "Contacts" and tap the "Add" icon
3. Enter the contact's name in the appropriate field and tap the button under "Contact Type" to select "Phone"
4. Tap the button under "Phone" and select the phone number type
5. Enter the contact's phone number in the "Phone" field
6. Add any additional details like an email address if necessary
7. When ready, tap "Save"

Import / Export Contacts:

1. While on the home screen, tap "Apps"
2. Launch the "Contacts" application
3. Tap the "Menu" icon and select "Manage contacts"
4. Tap "Import / Export contacts"
5. Select to "Export to SD Card", "Import from SD Card", "Export to SIM card" or "Import from SIM card"
6. Select the contacts you wish to transfer. Optionally, tap the "Menu" key and choose to "Select all" contacts
7. Follow any self-explanatory steps to complete the process

Adding a Contact to Speed Dial:

1. Launch the "Phone" application
2. Tap the "Menu" icon and select "Speed dial"
3. Tap the "Add" icon and select the contact you wish to speed dial. NOTE: you can use the "Search" field to quickly find the desired contact
4. Tap the button under "Number" and select the phone number you wish to speed dial
5. Tap the button under "Location" and select an available speed dial number to associate with the phone number
6. Tap "Save"

Deleting Contacts:

1. Tap "Apps" while on a home screen
2. Launch "Contacts"
3. Tap "Menu" and select "Delete contacts"
4. Mark the contacts you wish to remove
5. Tap "Delete" to confirm

Caller Group Management

Create a Caller Group:

1. Tap "Phone" while on the home screen
2. Access the "Groups" panel by swiping left
3. Tap the "Add" icon
4. Enter a name for the desired group and tap "Save"

Adding Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

1. Launch the "Phone" application
2. Tap "Phone" and then tap "Groups". To access the group, swipe the screen left
3. Select the desired group and tap "Add"
4. Scroll to and select the check boxes associated with the contacts you wish to add to the group. NOTE: you can always use the "Search" field to find contacts quicker
5. When ready, tap "Save"
