Contact Management

Adding a New Contact:

1. While viewing the home screen, tap "Contacts"
2. Access the "Contacts" tab
3. Tap the "+" button and choose to save the contact on the "Device", "SIM card", "Google" or "Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync" account
4. Enter the contact's details in the "Name", "Phone" and "Email" fields
5. Add any additional information for the contact if necessary
6. When ready, tap "Save"

Adding a Contact to Speed Dial:

1. From the home screen, tap "Phone"
2. Tap the "Keypad" tab if necessary
3. Press "Menu" and tap "Speed dial"
4. Tap the number you wish to use for speed dialing
5. Select the contact you want to assign to the selected speed dial number

Importing / Exporting Contacts:

1. Launch the "Contacts" application
2. Access the "Contacts" tab
3. Press "Menu" and tap "Settings"
4. Tap "Contacts" > "Import / Export"
5. Select to:
   
   • Import from USB storage
   • Export to USB storage
   • Import from SD card
   • Export to SD card
   • Import from SIM card
   • Export to SIM card
6. Follow any additional on-screen steps to complete the selected process

Deleting Contacts:

1. Launch the "Contacts" app
2. Access the "Contacts" tab
3. Press "Menu" and tap "Delete"
4. Mark the check boxes associated with the contacts you wish to remove
5. Tap "Done" and press "OK"

Managing Caller Groups

Creating a New Caller Group:

1. Tap "Contacts" while viewing the home screen
2. Tap the "Groups" icon located below the "Favorites" tab
3. Tap "Create" and enter a name for the group
4. Tap "Add number" and mark the check boxes associated with the contacts you wish to add to the group
5. Tap "Done" > "Save"

Add Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

1. Launch the "Contacts" app
2. Access the "Groups" section and select the desired group
3. Tap the "+" icon
4. Mark the check boxes next to the contacts you wish to add
5. Tap "Done"
