    Transfer Audio Files

    From a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the Samsung Galaxy A5 to your computer via USB
    2. Drag the "Status" bar down
    3. Make sure to connect the phone as a Media device
    4. From the AutoPlay window on your computer, click "Open device to view files using Windows Explorer"
    5. Launch a second Windows Explorer window and locate the files you wish to copy to your phone
    6. Transfer the desired audio files on your phone's storage
    7. Once the transfer is complete, click the "Mass Storage Device" icon from the system tray
    8. Eject your phone's storage and safely disconnect the handset from the PC

Transfer Audio Files from a Mac Computer:

NOTE: If Samsung Kies is already installed on your Mac, skip the first 3 steps

    1. Launch the Internet browser on your Mac
    2. Visit Kies
    3. Click "Download for Mac OS" and follow the on-screen prompts to install Kies on the Mac
    4. Establish a USB connection between the smartphone and Mac
    5. Swipe the "Notification" bar down and connect the A5 as a media device
    6. Open Kies on the Mac
    7. In Kies, click the "Folder" icon next to "External memory" or "Internal memory" (depending on where you wish to transfer the audio files)
    8. On the Mac, locate the desired audio files and drag > drop them in Kies
    9. Once the transfer is done, eject the Galaxy A5's storage drive from the Mac's desktop and safely disconnect the smartphone from the computer
