Contact Management

Add a New Contact:

1. While viewing the home screen, tap "Contacts"
2. Go to the "Contacts" tab
3. Press "+" and select to add the contact to the "SIM card", "Device", "Google" or "Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync"
4. Enter the contact's phone number and name in the appropriate fields
5. Add any additional details as you desire
6. To store the contact tap "Save"

Assigning a Contact to Speed Dial:

1. Tap the "Phone" icon from the home screen
2. Tap the "Keypad" tab if necessary
3. Press "Menu" > "Speed dial"
4. Tap the speed dial number you want to use
5. Select the contact you want to associate with the speed dial number

Importing / Exporting Contacts (SIM Card):

1. Open the "Contacts" app and access the "Contacts" tab
2. Press "Menu" and go to "Settings"
3. Tap "Contacts" and select "Import / Export"
4. Follow one of the steps below:
   
   • To export contacts:
     
     1. Tap "Export to SIM card"
     2. Tap "Select all" or individually select the contacts you want to export
     3. Tap "Done" > "OK"
   • To import contacts:
     
     1. Tap "Import from SIM card"
     2. Select an account and mark the contacts you wish to import
     3. Tap "Select all" > "Done"

Importing / Exporting Contacts (SD Card):

1. Launch the "Contacts" app
2. Access the "Contacts" tab and press "Menu"
3. Tap "Settings" > "Contacts" > "Import / Export"
4. Perform one of the following:
   
   • To import contacts from SD storage:
     
     1. Tap "Import from SD card"
     2. Choose the import location for the contacts
     3. Tap "Import vCard file", "Import multiple vCard files" or "Import all vCard files"
     4. Press "OK" and select the vCard file you want to import
     5. Tap "OK" to confirm
   • To export contacts on the SD card:
     
     1. Tap "Export to SD card"
     2. Tap "OK"

Deleting Contacts:

1. Open the "Contacts" app
2. From the "Contacts" tab, tap "Menu"
3. Tap "Delete" and mark the check boxes next to the contacts you want to remove
4. Tap "Done" > "OK"

Managing Caller Groups

Create a Caller Group:

1. Tap "Contacts" from the home screen
2. Go to the "Groups" tab
3. Tap "Create" and enter the desired name for the group
4. Tap "Add member" and mark the check boxes next to the contacts you wish to add
5. Tap "Done" and press "Save" to apply the changes to the selected group

Adding Contacts to an Existing Group:

1. From the "Contacts" app, go to the "Groups" tab
2. Tap the group you wish to add contacts to
3. Tap "+" and mark the contacts you want to add
4. Tap "Done" to confirm
