I purchased the phone so I'll just send it back as they lied as it really isn't compatible with Cricket.

    Thanks

You can, but you probably won't get any 3g or 4g data at all since it only has UMTS Band 2 (1900) for 3g and the 4g channels are set to Verizon (Band 13 700). If Cricket (AT&T) is using Band 2 in your area then you may get 3g but otherwise it would just get EDGE.

It would probably be less of a hassle to sell that phone and get one that was made for AT&T, which will definitely have the correct bands.
