    Check the SD Storage:

    1. Tap "Apps" on the home screen
    2. Go to "Settings"
    3. Swipe to "Phone" and tap "Storage"
    4. Under "SD Card" you can check the storage values

    Format the SD Card:

    WARNING! Formatting the SD card will remove all data stored on it. Before proceeding, make sure you have backed up any important data if necessary.

    1. Access the phone's "Settings" menu
    2. Swipe to "SD Card"
    3. Tap "Format SD Card" > "Erase SD Card"
    4. Tap "Erase Everything" to confirm

    Open / Delete SD Card Files

    Delete Files on the SD Card:

    1. From the phone's "Settings" menu, swipe to "Phone"
    2. Tap "Storage" > "SD Card"
    3. Tap "SD memory card" > "Make more storage"
    4. Choose either "Browser", "Music", "Gallery" or "Miscellaneous"
    5. Mark the check boxes next to the files you wish to remove
    6. Lastly, tap "Delete" > "OK" to confirm

    Open or Delete Files on the SD Card Using a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the HTC Desire 626 to your computer via USB
    2. Swipe the "Status" bar down and then tap "USB Connected"
    3. Tap "Connect USB storage"
    4. An AutoPlay window should appear on the computer. Click "Open folder to view files"
    5. Locate the files on the SD card
    6. Double-click a file to open it. To remove an item instead, right-click it > "Delete"
    7. After you're done managing your files, click the "Removable mass storage device" icon from the system tray
    8. Safely disconnect the smartphone

    Transfer Files Between the SD and a Computer

    Using a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the Desire 626 to your PC via USB
    2. From the notification area, tap "USB Connected" > "Connect USB storage"
    3. In the AutoPlay window on the computer, select to browse the phone's files
    4. Access the directory representing the SD card
    5. Transfer the desired files between the PC and SD card
    6. Once done, safely disconnect your smartphone

    On a Mac Computer:

    1. If necessary, install HTC Sync Manager on the Mac
    2. Establish a USB connection between the Mac and smartphone
    3. Launch HSM if it doesn't do so automatically and follow the on-screen prompts to view & manage your SD card files

    Change the Storage Location for Apps:

    NOTE: Some pre-loaded apps like the "Internet" and "Camera" store data on the phone's internal memory by default. You can change this setting to use the SD storage instead, for each app individually.

    Change the Camera App Storage Settings:

    1. Open "Camera"
    2. Press "Menu" in the viewfinder
    3. Go to "Settings" > "Storage"
    4. Tap "SD Card"

    Internet App:

    1. Launch the "Internet" app and press "Menu"
    2. Go to "Settings" > "Advanced"
    3. Tap "Download storage" > " Storage card"

    Voice Recorder App:

    1. Open the "Voice Recorder" from the apps drawer
    2. Press "Menu" and go to "Settings"
    3. Tap "Storage" > "SD card"
