    what if I disable the number from "forward when busy" "forward when unanswered" and "forward when unreachable" how can I undo this

    Forward Calls

    Forward All Calls (Unconditional):

    1. Access the phone's "Settings" menu
    2. Under the "My Device" tab, tap "Call"
    3. Tap "Additional settings" and select "Call forwarding"
    4. Tap "Always forward" and then enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
    5. Tap "Enable"

    Forward Certain Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

    1. Go to "Settings"
    2. Tap "Call" > "Additional settings"
    3. Tap "Call forwarding" and choose to "Forward when busy", "Forward when unanswered" or "Forward when unreachable"
    4. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, if necessary
    5. Tap "Update"

    Cancel Call Forwarding:

    1. From the phone's "Settings" menu, access the "My device" tab
    2. Go to "Call" > "Additional settings"
    3. Tap "Call forwarding" > "Always forward"
    4. Tap "Disable"

    Block Calls

    Block Calls from a Specific Contact:

    1. Swipe the "Status" bar down and go to "Settings"
    2. Under "My device", tap "Call" > "Call rejection"
    3. Tap "Auto reject list"
    4. Tap "Create" > "Contacts"
    5. Select the contacts you want to block and tap "Save"

    Block a Number from the Call Log:

    1. From the "Settings" menu, access the "My device" tab
    2. Tap "Call" > "Call rejection" > "Auto reject list"
    3. Tap "Create"
    4. Tap the "Contacts" icon and access the "Logs" screen
    5. Select the phone number you want to block and tap "Save"

    Block a New Phone Number:

    1. Go to "Settings" > "My Device" > "Call"
    2. Tap "Call rejection" > "Auto reject list"
    3. Tap "Create" to add a new phone number to the block list
    4. To block an exact phone number ensure the "Exactly the same as" option is enabled. Otherwise you can tap "match criteria" > "Starts with" to block numbers from a certain area code and / or network

    Unblock a Phone Number:

    1. Access the "Settings" menu and tap "Call" > "Call rejection"
    2. From the "Auto reject list", perform one of the following:
      • To allow phone calls but leave the number in the list of blocked numbers: mark the check box associated with the desired number (not the number itself)
      • To allow calls and also remove the number from the blocking list:
        1. Tap the "Trash can" icon
        2. Ta the phone number you want to unblock
        3. Tap "Delete" to confirm

    Block / Unblock Messages

    Block Messages:

    1. Launch the "messaging" app
    2. Tap and hold a conversation thread containing the number you want to block
    3. Tap "Add to spam numbers" and tap "OK" to confirm

    Block Numbers from Settings:

    1. In the "Messaging" app, press "Menu"
    2. Tap "Settings" and mark the "Spam settings" option
    3. Tap "Add to spam numbers" and press "+"
    4. Enter the phone number you wish to block messages from. Otherwise tap "Contacts" and select a contact to block from the phonebook
    5. Tap "Save"

    Unblocking a Number:

    1. Access the "Messaging" app
    2. Tap and hold the conversation containing the number you wish to unblock
    3. Tap "Remove from spam numbers"
    4. You can also press "Menu" in the "messaging" app, go to "Settings" and mark the "Spam settings" option. Then, tap "Add to spam numbers", tap and hold the phone number to unblock, tap "Delete" > "OK"
