    I think you'd better replace the part. It'll annoys you a lot. I have a LG G2 LS980, almost the same situation like you.

    Is because of the incompatibility of the touchscreen, use a external micro-usb keyboard to enter the passcode and when the OS is starting remove the phone passcode.
