    Back Up Apps:

    1. Tap "Apps" on the home screen
    2. Launch "LG Backup"
    3. If this is the first time using the application, review the EULA and tap "Agree"
    4. From the app's main menu, tap "Manual backup"
    5. Select a location to back up the file and tap "Next"
    6. Tap "New backup", or to replace an existing back up tap "Overwrite"
    7. Enter the backup file's name and press "Next"
    8. Mark the check boxes associated with "Downloaded apps" and "LG Apps"
    9. Tap "Backup" > "OK"

    Back Up Contacts:

    1. Tap "Apps" on the home screen
    2. Launch "LG Backup" and if necessary tap "Agree" at the "EULA" pop-up
    3. Tap "Manual backup", choose a back up location and tap "Next"
    4. Tap "New Backup" or "Overwrite"
    5. Enter the desired back up file's name and tap "next"
    6. Check the "Personal data" option and tap "Backup"
    7. Tap "OK" top confirm

    Back Up Media Files on a Windows Computer:

    1. Connect the LG Ultimate 2 to your computer via USB
    2. If / when prompted, tap "Media sync (MTP)", otherwise enable the option from the notification area
    3. In the AutoPlay window on the computer, click "Open device to view files using Windows Explorer"
    4. Locate the media files you wish to back up from the phone
    5. Copy the desired items, navigate to your back up location on the computer and paste the files
    6. Once the transfer is done, click "Safely Remove Hardware" in the system tray
    7. Click "Safely Remove Mass Storage Device" > "OK"
    8. You can now safely disconnect your handset from the PC
