I am having this same problem! It will not allow me to customize the text tone per contact. I like my family to have different tones so I can distinguish who is texting me. HELP [email protected]

    To jdjones27,
I was able to use ringtones or other notfication sounds that I had saved on my computer (or a memory card). I connected the device to the computer just like above for ringtones except I also put them in the device's "Notifications" folder. Now they are available for selection with the other notifications.

    Hello,

How do you set a customized notification sound? This was possible on past Galaxies, but I can not find a solution for the s6. Please help! I really don't like any of the preset notification sounds.

    Thank you!
