    Transfer Audio Files

    From a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the Samsung device to your computer via USB
    2. Drag the "Status" bar down and tap "Connected as a media device"
    3. Enable "Mark device (MTP)"
    4. From the AutoPlay window on the computer, click "Open device to view files using Windows Explorer"
    5. Open another Windows Explorer and navigate to the location of your audio files
    6. Copy the desired files from the PC to your smartphone (generally in the "Ringtones" and "Notifications" folders)
    7. Once the transfer is complete, click "Mass Storage Device" in the system tray and "Eject"
    8. You can now disconnect the phone from the PC

    From a Mac Computer:

NOTE: If Kies is already installed on your Mac, skip the first 3 steps

    1. Open the Internet browser on the Mac
    2. Visit Kies and click "Download for Mac OS"
    3. Follow the on-screen prompts to install Kies on the Mac
    4. Connect the S Duos 3 to your Mac via USB
    5. If necessary enable "Media device (MTP)"
    6. Launch Kies and click the "Folder" icon next to "Internal memory" or "External memory" (depending where you want to transfer the audio files)
    7. Use the file explorer to locate the desired audio files on your Mac
    8. Drag the files and drop them in Kies
    9. After the transfer is done, drag the Duos 3 virtual drive into the "Eject / Trash" bin and safely disconnect the device from the Mac

Set Up a Custom Ringtone / Notification Sound

    Change the Phone Ringtone:

    1. From the home screen, tap "Apps"
    2. Access "Settings" and tap "Sound"
    3. Under "Ringtones and Notifications" tap "Ringtones"
    4. Select the desired ringtone and tap "OK"

    Change the Notification Sound:

    1. Go to the phone's "Settings" menu
    2. Tap "Sound" and swipe to "Ringtones and Notifications"
    3. Tap "Notifications" and select the notification sound you want to use
    4. Tap "OK" to confirm
