    Mobile phone model - Samsung galaxy S duos3.
    My phone does not vibrate on incoming calls and messages even when the vibration mode is turned on.
    I had got a solution in a site which says 'dial *#0842# and access the vibra motor test mode' but this seems useless.
    How can I fix this problem?
