You don't need to do anything, the phone is rooted already.

I tried to start my phone it is a boost lg realm ls620 I tried to do a hard reset all it would do is sit at the start up screen Then I did the volume up and power after I plug the usb into my pc It takes me to a firmware update screen It says do not unplug the usb connection until the process is complete then shows 0% then has a box below that and inside the box it says charger_ons B100

The phone is rooted I have had it on this screen for about a half hour i dont know what else to do. Someone please help
