Call & Message Blocking

Block Calls From a Phone Number:

1. Tap “Apps” while viewing the home screen
2. Go to “Settings” and tap “Call”
3. Tap “Call reject” > “Reject calls from”
4. Tap “+” and perform one of the following:
   
   • To block a contact: select the desired contact and tap “Done”
   • To block a number from the call logs: tap the call log entry > “Done”
   • To block a new number: enter the phone number and tap “Save”

Unblocking a Phone Number:

1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
2. Go to “Settings”
3. Tap “Call” > “Call reject”
4. Tap “Reject calls from” and tap the “trash can” icon
5. Select the phone number you want to unblock
6. Tap “Delete” > “Yes”

Block Messages from a Phone Number:

1. Open the “Messaging” application
2. Tap “Menu” > “Spam manager”
3. Tap “Spam settings” > “Spam numbers”
4. Tap “+” and enter the phone number you want to block
5. Tap “Save”

Unblock Messages from a Phone Number:

1. Launch “Messaging”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Spam manager” > “Spam settings”
3. Tap “Spam numbers” and touch the “Trash can” icon
4. Select the number you wish to unblock
5. Tap “Delete” > “Yes” to confirm

Call Forwarding

Forward All Calls (Unconditional):

1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
2. Go to “Settings” and tap “Call”
3. Swipe to “Incoming call” and tap “Call forwarding”
4. Tap “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to. Optionally you can tap “Contacts” and select a forward number from your phonebook
5. Tap “Turn on”

Forward Some Calls (Conditional):

1. Tap “Apps” and go to “Settings”
2. Tap “Call”
3. Swipe to “Incoming call” and tap “Call forwarding”
4. Under “Forward if”, select “Busy”, “Unanswered” or “Unreachable”
5. If necessary, edit the phone number to forward calls to. Optionally select a phone number from “Contacts”
6. Tap “Update"

Cancel Call Forwarding:

1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
2. Go to “Settings” and tap “Call”
3. Under “Incoming call” tap “Call forwarding”
4. Tap “Always forward” > “Turn on”
