NOTE: To learn how you can back up data on the Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo Plus, visit this thread for a full guide.

    Restore Applications:

    1. If necessary, sign in to your Google account (the one used for the initial backup)
    2. Go to the phone's "Settings" menu
    3. Access the "Accounts" tab
    4. Tap "Google" > "Sync all"
    5. Press "Back" > "Backup and reset"
    6. Check / uncheck the boxes associated with "Backup my data" and "Automatic restore"

    Restore Contacts:

    1. Go to the "Settings" menu
    2. From the "Accounts" tab, select either "Samsung" or "Google", depending on the type of account you used for the backup
    3. Tap your "email address" at the top of the screen
    4. Enable the "Sync contacts" check box and tap "Sync now"

    Restore Media Files

    From the SD Card:

    1. Open the apps drawer and launch "My Files"
    2. Tap "All files" > "SD card"
    3. Locate the media files you wish to restore
    4. Tap and hold an item you want to restore, and select "Move"
    5. The phone will now display the available memory locations. Tap the "folder name" or "Create new" to change the location
    6. After navigating to the desired location for the restore, tap "Move here"

    Using a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the Galaxy Grand Neo Plus to your computer via USB
    2. If necessary, swipe the "Status" bar down and tap "Connected as a media device". Then, mark the "Media device" check box
    3. From the AutoPlay window on the computer, click "Open device to view files using Windows Explorer"
    4. Open a second Windows Explorer window and locate the files backed up on your PC's HDD
    5. Copy the files, and restore them on your phone's storage (first Explorer window - "Card" is the SD directory / "Phone" represents the internal storage)
    6. Once the files have been transferred, click the "Mass storage device" icon in the system tray and eject the phone
    7. You can now safely disconnect the Grand Neo Plus from the computer

    Using a Mac Computer:

    1. Connect the Grand Neo Plus to your Mac via USB
