Apple devices are iconic and look 10x better than Samsung / HTC / nokia etc. Their UI / UX is on a different level too (that thing windows have is abysmal)

It all boils down to operating systems and your preference. While Apple offers a simpler operating system, easy to navigate, Android is a little more in depth, but the trade off of having to go to college again in order to operate your Android phone is its ability to be 100% customizable, even being able to download and run Apples O.S. (operating system, just in case). I say go to your local provider and play. Its really advantageous if you have an apple store near you so you can play with the phone,, while a iPhone expert stands with you and gives you tips on how to operate the phone, and all of its features.

If you find Apple best aligns with your values and what's important to you, you can buy an iPhone and stick to iCloud and iTunes. Apple and Android/Windows continue to dominate the smartphone market. Microsoft has led the fight against Apple with its range of Lumia devices, while Other Companies also offer support to the Windows army And Also Samsung/Microsoft has led the fight against Apple with its range of Galaxy devices, while HTC and Sony also offer support to the Android army.
