I do not think that is possible to solve with some kind of web application. That is better to visit some service center in order to get some related help with your current issue you have.

Will have to see how much a screen repair is then and hope data can then be taken. As it is I cant see how anyone could get data off it as the phone will not auto go into a transfer mode .
And as posted originally, KIES does not work as unable to see the screen on the phone to make it go into the USB mode.

Shame really as the phone has been replaced with a far greater device, just that there is some irreplaceable videos and photos on it. Going through similar issues with a Blackberry that has the USB slot damaged, with Blackberry being backwards the files wont work on any other phone.

Thanks for the reply's anyways everyone.

Plug your phone into your laptop via USB and back up your phone via samsung kies software. Good luck

unfortunately you're probably going to have to replace the screen first in order to recover information. Or you can take it to your local carrier's store and have them recover some of your information as long as the motherboard and other internal parts arent damaged.

Just gave the software a go but unable to use as unable to tell the phone to go into debug mode due to screen not showing anything but a shattered screen effect.

Hello. Long story cut very short, my friend has the Gt S3350 phone for the past few weeks. Long enough to love the phone but not long enough to learn everything. Due to external circumstances the screen has been broken giving the effect of a shattered screen without any obvious physical damage. We are currently trying to recover the contents including contacts that are not saved on either the sim card nor a memory card (both are in the phone however for a back up attempt).
For some reason using the advertised KIES software to attempt a back up it refuses to detect or apply the software save to the contacts. Initially we thought it was down to the internal USB being slightly askew that it could cause a PC link problem. However it has no issues with any other areas apart from the contacts, thus debunking that theory.
Is it at all possible to get a guide on the button presses needed to go through the menus to back up to sim and memory card please ?

    Thank you in advance hopefully.
