    As far as I'm aware, yes, sadly Sprint's LG G4 lacks the spam manager... You can try using the carrier's blocking option instead.

    Try sending an SMS to 9999. In the message field, write: BLOCK <xxxx> (where "xxxx" represents the phone number / code you want to block).

    Another method would be to install a third party app for blocking unwanted texts / calls.

    View and Reset the Call Log:

    1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
    2. Tap “Call logs”
    3. To view more details for an individual call log entry, tap it
    4. To reset the call log tap “Menu” > “Clear all”
    5. Press “Yes” to confirm

    Block Messages:

    1. Open “Messaging”
    2. Tap the message from the number you want to block
    3. Tap “Menu” > “Register spam number”
    4. Enable or disable “Delete all messages of the selected number”
    5. Tap “Yes” to confirm

    Unblock Messages:

    1. Tap “Messaging”
    2. Press “Menu” > “Spam manager”
    3. Tap “Spam settings” > “Spam numbers”
    4. Tap the “Trash can” icon and select the numbers you want to unblock
    5. Tap “Delete” > “Yes”

    Block Calls from a Number:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Go to “Settings”
    3. Tap the “General” tab
    4. Tap “Call” > “Call reject”
    5. Tap “Reject calls from”
    6. Tap “+” and select one of the following:
      • To block calls from a contact, select the contact and tap “Done”
      • To block calls from a call log entry, select it and tap “Done”
      • To block a new number, enter it and tap “Save”

    Unlock a Phone Number:

    1. Access the phone’s “Settings” screen
    2. Tap “Call” > “Call reject”
    3. Tap “Reject calls from”
    4. Tap the “trash can” icon
    5. Select the numbers you want to unblock and tap “Delete”
    6. Tap “Yes” to confirm

    Call Forwarding

    Forward All Calls:

    1. Tap “Apps” and go to “Settings”
    2. Tap “Call”
    3. Swipe to “Incoming Call”
    4. Tap “Call forwarding” > “Always forward”
    5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or tap the “Contacts” icon to select a number from the phonebook
    6. Tap “Turn on”

    Forward Some Calls Only (Conditional Forwarding):

    1. Access the “Settings” menu
    2. Tap “Call”
    3. Under “Incoming call” tap “Call forwarding”
    4. Under “Forward if” select “Busy”, “Unreachable” or “Unanswered”
    5. If necessary, edit the phone number you want to forward calls to, or select a number from the contacts list
    6. Tap “Update”

    Cancel Call Forwarding:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Go to “Settings” and tap “Call”
    3. Swipe to “Incoming call”
    4. Tap “Call forwarding” > “Always forward”
    5. Tap “Turn off”
