    On the Grand Prime try opening the "Phone" app, then tap "more" > "Settings" > "Call rejection" > "Auto reject list" and follow the on-screen steps to write the number you want to block, or select a contact from the phonebook by tapping the "Contacts" icon. Hope this helped!

    Blocking Calls from One Number:

    1. While on the home screen, press "Menu"
    2. Tap "Settings"
    3. Tap "Call" under "My device"
    4. Select "Call rejection"
    5. Tap "Auto reject list" > "Create"
    6. Perform one of the following sets of steps:
      • Blocking an existing Contact:
        1. Tap the "Contacts" icon and tap "Contacts"
        2. Press "Contacts" once more and then select "Always" or "Just once"
        3. Select the contact that you wish to add to the list and tap "Save"
      • Blocking a Number from the Call Log:
        1. Press the "Contacts" icon
        2. Tap "Logs"
        3. Select the number that you wish to block and tap "Save"
      • Blocking a New Phone Number:
        1. Enter the phone number that you wish to block. (NOTE: you can tap "Match criteria" in order to modify the reject criteria. For instance, selecting "Starts with" will enable you to reject calls from an area code. If you want to reject a complete phone number, enable "Exactly the same as"
        2. Tap "Save"

    Unblocking a Phone Number:

    1. Press the "Menu" button while viewing the home screen
    2. Tap "Settings"
    3. Select "Call" under "My device"
    4. Tap "Call" > "Call rejection" > "Auto reject list"
    5. Perform one of the following:
      • To allow calls but keep the number on the list:
        1. Go to the desired number
        2. Clear the check box associated with it (Don't tap the phone number itself)
      • To allow calls and remove the number from the list:
        1. Press the "Trash can" icon
        2. Tap the "Phone number" to select the check box
        3. Press "Delete" twice
