    Thanks. If I backed up my info to LG cloud, how can I download it to my new phone?

    Back Up Applications:

    1. Tap “Apps” while viewing the home screen
    2. Access “Settings”
    3. From the “General” tab, swipe down to “Phone Management”
    4. Tap “Backup & reset”
    5. Make sure that “Back up my data” is enabled

    Back Up Contacts to LG Cloud:

    1. Open the apps drawer and go to “Settings”
    2. Swipe to “Phone Management” and tap “Backup & reset”
    3. Tap “Back up safely” under “LG Backup”
    4. Tap “Back up to” and enable “LG Cloud”
    5. If / when prompted, sign in to your LG account
    6. Tap “Personal data” and deselect the other options
    7. Expand the “Personal data” folder and make sure “Contacts” is selected
    8. Tap “Start”
    9. At the “Back up completed” message, tap “Done”

    Back Up Data to the SDD Card:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Access “Settings”
    3. Swipe to “Phone Management” and tap “Backup & reset”
    4. Under “LG Backup”, tap “Back up safely”
    5. Tap “Back up to” and select “SD card”
    6. Select the items you want to back up and tap “Start”
    7. When you receive the “Backup completed” message, tap “Done”

    Back Up Media Files Using Your Phone:

    1. Access the phone’s “Settings” screen
    2. Swipe to “Phone Management”
    3. Tap “Backup & reset”
    4. Under “LG Backup” tap “Back up safely”
    5. Select “Mobile data” and deselect the other non-media options
    6. You can expand the “Media data” folder and select the media items you want to back up
    7. When ready, tap “Start”
    8. Tap “Done” at the “Back up completed” prompt

    NOTE: To safely store your media backup file on a computer, connect the phone to it via PC, enable “Media sync (MTP)”, and locate the backup file ending with “.sbf”. Copy it and transfer it in the desired backup location on the PC.

    Back Up Media Files on a Windows Computer:

    1. Connect the LG Tribute 2 to your computer via USB
    2. When prompted, tap “Media sync (MTP)”
    3. From the AutoPlay window on the computer, click to browse the phone’s files and folders
    4. Locate the media files you want to back up > select and copy them
    5. Paste the files in the desired backup location on your computer’s HDD
    6. Once the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device from the computer
