Transfer Audio Files from a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the OneTouch Elevate to your computer via USB
    2. Swipe the “Status” bar down and connect the phone as a “disk drive”
    3. From the AutoPlay window on the PC, double-click “Open folder to view files using Windows Explorer”
    4. Access the “Media” directory on your phone
    5. In a separate Explorer window, locate the desired audio files on your PC
    6. Drag the files and drop them in the “Media” directory on your phone (preferably in the “Ringtones” and / or “Notifications” folders
    7. After the transfer is done, click the mass storage device icon in the system tray, eject, and safely disconnect the phone

    Change the Phone Ringtone:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Access “Settings”
    3. Tap “Sound” under “Device”
    4. Swipe to “Call Ringtone & Vibrate” and tap “Phone ringtone”
    5. Tap the ringtone you want to use and tap “OK”
    6. Optionally you can disable or enable “Also vibrate for calls”

    Change a Specific Contact’s Ringtone:

NOTE: You cannot set custom ringtones to contacts stored on the SIM card or the phone’s internal storage.

    1. Launch “Contacts”
    2. Select the contact you want to add a custom ringtone to
    3. Tap “Edit” (icon shaped like a pencil)
    4. Tap “Menu” > “Set ringtone”
    5. Tap the desired ringtone and press “OK” to set it

    Change the Notification Sound:

    1. Access the phone’s “Settings” menu
    2. Swipe to “Device” and tap “Sound & notification”
    3. Under “Sound”, tap “Default Notification Sound”
    4. Select the desired audio look and tap “OK”
