    NOTE: To learn how you can back up data on the LG Bello II, visit this thread for a full guide.

    Restore Contacts:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Open “Settings”
    3. If necessary, tap “Menu” and switch to “List view”
    4. Swipe to “Personal” and tap “Backup & reset”
    5. Tap “LG Backup service” > “File restore & management”
    6. Locate and select the backup
    7. Tap “Next” and tap “Start” to begin the restore
    8. At the “Restored” message, tap “Done”

    NOTE: Your phone might have to reboot in order to complete the process

    Restore Media Files

    From the LG Backup service:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Go to “Settings”
    3. Under “Personal”, tap “Backup & reset”
    4. Tap “LG Backup service”
    5. Tap “File restore & management” and locate the desired media backup
    6. Select the backup and tap “Next”
    7. Tap “Start” to begin the restoration
    8. At the “Restored” message, tap “Done”

    From a Windows Computer:

    1. Connect the LG Bello II to your computer via USB
    2. If prompted, enable “Media device (MTP)”, or make sure the option is enabled in the notification area
    3. In the autoplay window on the computer click to browse the phone’s directories
    4. Launch a second Explorer window and navigate to where the media files have been backed up on your PC
    5. Copy the files, and transfer them back on your phone
    6. Once the transfer is done, eject the phone storage from the system tray and safely disconnect it from the PC
