    Clear App Cache / Data:

NOTE: In case one of your third party applications doesn’t work as intended then you might be able to fix it by clearing the application’s cache or data.

WARNING! Clearing the app’s data will delete all personal info stored within the app, including saved games, login and credit card information, profiles etc. However clearing the cache will not affect personal data.

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Go to “Settings
    3. If necessary, tap “Menu” and switch to “List view
    4. Tap “Apps” under “Device
    5. Swipe to “All” and select the desired application
    6. Tap “Clear cache
    7. If necessary, tap “Clear data” > “OK

    Clear the Phone’s Cache Partition:

NOTE: If your phone crashes, freezes, or otherwise doesn’t work as intended, you might be able to fix these issues by wiping the cache partition. This can have similar results as a factory reset, without actually losing personal data stored on the internal memory.

    1. Go to “Settings
    2. If necessary, switch to “List view” by pressing “Menu
    3. Swipe to “Device” and tap “Storage
    4. Wait for the cached data to be calculated and tap “Cached data
    5. Tap “OK” to confirm and clear the cached data
    6. Wait for the data to be cleared (this may take seconds or minutes, depending on the amount of cached data being cleared)
    7. Once the process is done, the storage menu should refresh and you should see a much lower amount of cached data

NOTE: If clearing the cache did not help you can visit this thread to learn how you can master reset the LG Bello II.

    Reboot in Safe Mode:

NOTE: If you have installed a third party application that causes issues and prevents you from removing it, you should be able to easily uninstall it by first rebooting your phone in safe mode. In this mode all third party apps are disabled.

    1. Turn off your smartphone
    2. Restart your phone, and at the “LG” logo press and hold “Volume Down” until the home screen appears
    3. If successfully rebooted, you should see a “Safe Mode” label in the lower-left corner of the screen
    4. To remove an app, go to “Settings
    5. Swipe to “Device” and tap “Apps
    6. Swipe to the “Downloaded” screen
    7. Select the desired app
    8. Tap “Uninstall” > “OK
    9. To exit safe mode, press and hold “Power”, then tap “Power off and restart
