    NOTE: You can visit this thread to learn how you can back up data on the LG Risio.

    Restore Contacts:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Tap “Settings”
    3. If necessary, tap “Menu” > “List view”
    4. Scroll to “Personal” and tap “Backup & reset”
    5. Tap “LG Backup service” > “File restore & management”
    6. Locate and select the backup and tap “Next”
    7. Tap “Start”
    8. At the “Restored” message, tap “Done” and wait for your phone to reboot

    Restore Contacts from the SD Card:

    1. Access the “Settings” menu
    2. Switch to “List view” if necessary
    3. Scroll to “Personal” and tap “Backup & reset”
    4. Tap “LG Backup service” > “Backup and restore”
    5. Tap “File restore & management”
    6. Locate and select the backup file on the SD card
    7. Tap “Next” > “Start”
    8. When the “Restored” message appears, tap “Done”
    9. Wait for the phone to reboot

    Restore Media Files Using the Phone:

    1. Tap “Apps” > “Settings”
    2. Switch to “List view” if necessary
    3. Scroll to “Personal” and tap “Backup & reset”
    4. Tap “LG Backup service” > “File restore & management”
    5. Locate and tap the media file backup
    6. Tap “Next” > “Start”
    7. Tap “Done” when the restore is complete and wait for the phone to restart

    Restore Media Files from a Windows PC:

    1. Establish a connection between the LG Risio and computer via USB
    2. Tap “Media sync (MTP)” or enable the option from the notification area
    3. In the AutoPlay window on the PC, click to browse the phone’s files and folders
    4. Launch a second Explorer window and locate the backed up files on your computer
    5. Copy the files and transfer them on your phone’s memory
    6. After the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device from the USB connector
