The phone would have to be unlocked to work on other GSM networks. (will not work on Verizon) One of the unlocking vendors here could help you with that. It'll likely sell for more if it is already unlocked.

Hello - I have a new lg g4 that I won in a contest. The contest was run by ATT. I know nothing about these phones and will be selling it but I need to know if this phone can be set up on any network or if it is confined to just ATT.
