    Using iTunes:

NOTE: You can use iTunes on a computer with Internet access, and sync the contacts on your iPhone with a Google account. Then you can sync the data on the account with the OneTouch Pop Star

    1. Connect the iPhone to your computer via USB
    2. Open iTunes and click the iPhone to view the summary page
    3. Access the “Info” tab and enable “Sync Contacts With
    4. From the drop-down menu, select “Google Contacts
    5. Sign in with your Google account or alternatively, click “Configure” and select an existing account
    6. Click “Apply” to start the sync
    7. Once complete, switch to the Pop Star and sign in with your Google account
    8. Allow the Google account to sync contacts with your Alcatel device

    Using iCloud:

NOTE: Assuming you have used the iCloud service on your iPhone prior to finding this guide, your contacts should already be backed up on your iCloud account. By accessing it using a computer hooked up to the Internet, you can export the contacts for Android use.

    1. Open the Internet browser on your computer
    2. Visit https://www.icloud.com/ and sign in with your iCloud account
    3. Click “Contacts” and select the contacts you want to share
    4. Click “Settings” > “Export vCard
    5. Once the vCard file has been exported on the computer, import it to “Google Contacts
    6. Alternatively, skip the step above and instead connect the OneTouch Pop Start to your computer via USB. Next, transfer the vCard file to the phone storage, and import its contents using the “Contacts” application

    Using “My Contacts Backup”:

NOTE: The two transfer methods above require access to a computer. However you can use third party applications to transfer your contacts without needing a PC. My Contacts Backup is an iOS app that can be used to back up and send iPhone contacts via email.

    1. Visit the App Store and install “My Contacts Backup
    2. Open the app and tap “Backup
    3. Once the vCard file is created, tap “Email
    4. Compose a new email and ensure that the vCard file is attached to it
    5. Send the email to your own Gmail address
    6. Switch to the OneTouch Pop Star and open the email
    7. Download the attached vCard file and import it to your phonebook using the “Contacts” app and “Import” function

    Using “Send Anywhere”:

NOTE: Another third party application is “Send Anywhere”, for iOS and Android. It uses a P2P connection to transfer contacts and other file types (even cross-platform), without needing a computer.

    1. Go to the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
    2. Install the app on the Pop Star via the Google Play Store
    3. Launch the application on both smartphones
    4. On the iPhone, tap “Send” > “Contacts
    5. Select the desired contacts and tap “Send
    6. Finally, choose the desired transfer method. You can tap “Generate QR Code” on the iPhone and scan the resulting code with the Alcatel’s camera to begin the transfer. Alternatively you can tap “Receive” on the OneTouch Pop Star and enter the randomly generated transfer code on the iPhone
