Restore Contacts:

1. Open the apps drawer
2. Access “Settings”
3. If necessary, tap “Menu” and switch to “List view”
4. Under “Personal”, tap “Backup & reset”
5. Tap “LG Backup service” > “File restore & management”
6. Locate the contact backup file, select it and tap “Next”
7. Tap “Start” to begin the restore
8. At the “Restored” pop-up, tap “Done”

NOTE: You might be required to reboot your phone for the restore to take effect.

Restore Contacts from the SD Card:

1. Open the apps drawer and go to “Settings”
2. Tap “Menu” and switch to “List view” if necessary
3. Scroll to “Personal” and tap “Backup & reset”
4. Tap “LG Backup service” > “Backup and restore”
5. Tap “File restore & management”
6. Locate and select the contact backup file on the SD card
7. Tap “Next” > “Start”
8. Tap “Done” at the “Restored” pop-up, and if necessary reboot your phone to complete the restore

Restore Media Files

Using the Device:

1. Go to “Settings”
2. Under “Personal”, tap “Backup & reset”
3. Tap “LG Backup service” > “File restore & management”
4. Locate and select the desired media backup and tap “Next”
5. Tap “Start” > “Done”
6. If necessary, reboot your phone to complete the process

From a Windows Computer:

1. Connect the LG Spirit to your computer via USB
2. If necessary, enable “Media device (MTP)” on the phone
3. Open an Explorer window and locate the media (or the “.sbf” backup) files backed up on the computer
4. Copy the files and transfer them on your phone storage (when transferring media files, it’s recommended to copy them in the “Media” directory on the phone)
5. After the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage from the system tray and disconnect the device from the USB
