Transfer Audio Files from a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the Mate S to your computer via USB
    2. Swipe the “Status” bar down
    3. Tap “USB connected” and select “Files”. (NOTE: If any drivers are required, they will be automatically installed on the computer)
    4. Open an Explorer window on the computer and access the phone storage
    5. Launch a second Explorer window and locate the desired audio files on the PC
    6. Copy the files and transfer them on the phone storage, preferably in the “Media” / “Ringtones” / “Notifications” folders
    7. Once the transfer is done, eject the phone storage from the system tray, and safely disconnect the device from the USB

    Change the Notification Sound:

    1. Tap “Settings” on the home screen
    2. Under “General”, tap “Sound”
    3. Tap “Default notification tone”
    4. Tap the “Ringtone” tab to select a preset ringtone or:
    5. Tap the “Music” tab to select a ringtone from the audio files on your phone storage
    6. Tap the “Check mark” button to confirm

    Change the Ringtone:

    1. Tap “Settings” on the home screen
    2. Tap “Sound”
    3. Tap “Phone ringtone”
    4. If necessary, select the location of the desired ringtone
    5. Select the ringtone and tap the “check mark” icon to confirm

Set a Ringtone from the “Music” App:

    1. Open the “Music” app
    2. Select a category
    3. Access the song list screen
    4. Locate the desired song and tap “…” next to it
    5. Tap “Set as ringtone”
