Transfer Audio Files from a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the CoolPad Rogue to your computer via USB
    2. Drag down the “Notification” bar and make sure the phone is connected as a “Disk drive”
    3. From the AutoPlay window on the computer, double-click to “Open folders to view files”
    4. Access the “Media” directory on the phone
    5. Launch a second Explorer window and locate the desired audio files on your computer
    6. Copy the files and go to the “Media” folder on the phone
    7. Paste the files in the “Ringtones”, “Alarms”, and or “Notifications” folder(s). (NOTE: if any of these folders are missing you can create and rename them accordingly)
    8. After the transfer is complete, click the “Safely Remove Hardware” icon in the system tray
    9. Eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device from the USB

    Change the Ringtone:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Access “Settings”
    3. Scroll to “Device” and tap “Sound & notification”
    4. Tap “Phone ringtone”
    5. Select a ringtone from the list and tap “OK”
    6. Optionally, enable / disable “Also vibrate for calls”

Change the Ringtone of a Specific Contact:

NOTE: You cannot set custom ringtones to contacts stored on the phone’s internal memory or the SIM card.

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Open “Contacts”
    3. Select the desired contact and tap the “Edit” button shaped like a pencil
    4. Tap “Menu” > “Set ringtone”
    5. Select the desired ringtone and tap “OK”

    Change the Notification Sound:

    1. Access the “Settings” menu
    2. Under “Device”, tap “Sound & notification”
    3. Scroll to “Sound” and tap “Default Notification Sound”
    4. Select the desired sound from the list
    5. Tap “OK”
