    Back Up Application Data:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Access “Settings”
    3. Swipe to “Personal” and tap “Backup & reset”
    4. Enable “Back up my data” to back up account data, Wi-Fi passwords, and other settings to Google servers
    5. Enable “Automatic restore” to restore data automatically upon reinstalling applications

    NOTE: App data will be automatically restored on your device or another phone once you sign in with your Google account and enable sync.

    Back Up Contacts:

    1. Go to “Settings”
    2. Tap “Accounts”
    3. Select the account you want to sync contacts with
    4. Tap “Menu” > “Sync now”

    NOTE: Contacts will be automatically restored upon the next time you log in with your Google account on the device.

    Back Up Media Files on a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the phone to your computer via USB
    2. Swipe the “Notification” bar down and make sure “Media sync (MTP)” is enabled
    3. From the AutoPlay window on the PC, click to open the phone’s files and folders
    4. Locate the media files on the phone and copy them
    5. Transfer the files to your computer
    6. Once done, eject the phone storage from the system tray and safely disconnect the device from the USB

    Restore Media Files from a Windows PC:

    1. Establish a USB connection between the Rogue and PC
    2. From the “Notification” area on the phone, make sure the connection is set to “Media sync (MTP)”
    3. In the AutoPlay window on the computer, double-click to navigate the phone’s folders and files
    4. Launch a second Explorer window and locate the media files on your computer
    5. Copy the files and paste them on your phone (first Explorer window), preferably in the “Media” directory
    6. Once the transfer is complete, click the “mass storage device” icon in the system tray and eject the phone storage, then disconnect the device from the USB

    Enable Anti-Theft:

    Anti-Theft is an Android security measure that once enabled, it will require a password whenever a factory reset will be attempted. To enable Anti-Theft:

    1. Make sure you are signed in to your Google account
    2. From the “Protect your phone” screen, tap “Set screen lock now”
    3. Select “Pattern”, “Password” or “PIN”
    4. Enter the desired password / PIN etc. and tap “Continue”
    5. Confirm the password / PIN and tap “Continue” again
    6. Select “Show all notification content”, “Hide sensitive notification content”, or “Don’t show notifications at all”
    7. Tap “Next”
    8. In the terms of service pop-up, tap “More” > “Next”
    9. Follow any additional steps if necessary

    To Disable Anti-Theft:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Go to “Settings”
    3. Tap “Accounts” > “Google”
    4. Tap the account assigned to the device and tap “Menu”
    5. Tap “Remove account” twice to confirm
