    Verify the Amount of Available Storage:

    1. On the Start screen, swipe down from the top
    2. Go to “All settings”
    3. Scroll to and tap “storage sense”
    4. Select “Phone” or “SD card” to view the amount of available storage on the internal memory or SD

    Change the Default Storage Location:

    1. On the Start screen, swipe down from the top
    2. Tap “All settings”
    3. Tap “Storage sense”
    4. Select to change the default storage location to “Phone” or “SD card”

    Format the SD Card:

    WARNING! When you format the SD card all data stored on the card will be deleted, including contacts, downloaded content, media files etc. If necessary back up your data before proceeding.

    1. On the Start screen, swipe left to “applications”
    2. Tap “Settings” > “storage sense”
    3. Tap “SD card”
    4. Tap “format SD card” and press “Yes” to confirm

    Transfer Files Between the BLU Win HD LTE and Computer (PC or Mac):

    1. You can easily transfer content from and to the BLU Win HD LTE from a PC or Mac by downloading one of the two applications below:
    2. Install the app, open it and follow the on-screen instructions to transfer files from / to the smartphone

    Tips & Tricks to Manage / Improve RAM Usage:

    • Regularly restart your phone
    • Monitor the RAM usage of newly installed apps
    • Clear recent applications
    • Clear app cache / data
    • Make sure your apps are updated
