What phone is it? Does it have wifi? If so, just email them to yourself.

OR

Does it have an SD card? If so, make sure the pics are on the card, get a card reader for your computer if you don't have one, take the card out of the phone and put in computer.

How do I transfer pictures from a phone which has been disconnected but still has power and all the information in it?
