From the issue you described, it was the screen problem. But I suggest you to go to Apple to let them have a test for you. If it is mainly because the broken screen then you can ask them to replace a new one for you. That will cost you 129 without Applecare+. Or you can order a new iPhone 5s screen replacement from hcqs.cc and let a repair man replace it for you.

I agree with Admin. You'll definitely need to replace the glass. I was also facing the similar issues. TCAWireless was recommended by my friends as the only place to send my iPhone 5 after shattering the screen. Service was good. Overall a great experience. I hope this will help you.

    I have an iPhone 5S
-The entire glass screen is fractionally popped out, as in not secured to the entire phone.
    - there are vertical colorful lines along the screen
    - there is a big black ink-looking spot on the screen
    - the touch screen works unreliably
    - a small maybe 3cm piece of the glass fell off
-there are two cracks down the screen

My question is given the issues listed above, will they all be fixed if the screen is replaced?
