    Block / Unblock Calls:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Launch “Contacts” and tap “Menu
    3. Select “All calls to Voicemail
    4. To allow calls, clear the aforementioned option

    Forward Calls (Unconditional Forwarding):

    1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
    2. Tap “menu” > “Settings
    3. Tap “Calls
    4. Scroll to and tap “Call forwarding
    5. Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
    6. Tap “Enable

    Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

    1. Launch “Phone” on the home screen
    2. Tap “Menu” and access “Settings
    3. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding
    4. Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unanswered”, or “Forward when unreachable
    5. Tap “Enable” to confirm

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
    2. Press “Menu” and go to “Settings
    3. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding
    4. Select “Always forward”, “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when unreachable
    5. Tap “Disable” to turn off the selected forward option
