    HELP !!!! I am trying to block numbers that start with 0843 - I could do this on my Galaxy SIII. However, I know have the S5 Neo - and there is NO match criteria (despite what it says above) - anyone any ideas on if this can be done on this phone, or if the feature has now been dropped :-(

    Forward All Calls:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Access the “Keypad” or “Logs” screen
    3. Tap “Menu” > “Settings” > “Call”
    4. Tap “Additional settings” > “Call forwarding”
    5. Tap “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
    6. Tap “Turn on”

    Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Access the “Logs” or “Keypad” screen
    3. Tap “Menu” > “Settings” > “Call”
    4. Tap “Additional settings” > “Call forwarding”
    5. Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when unreachable”
    6. Enter the phone number to forward calls to and tap “Update”

    Cancel Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Access the “Logs” or “Keypad” screen
    3. Tap “Menu” > “Settings” > “Call”
    4. Tap “Additional settings”
    5. Tap “Call forwarding” and select “Always forward”
    6. Tap “Turn off”

    Block Calls:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. From the “Keypad” or “Logs” screen, tap “Menu”
    3. Go to “Settings”
    4. Tap “Call” > “Call rejection” > “Auto reject list”
    5. Tap “Create” > “Contacts”
    6. Perform one of the following:
      • To enter a phone number and block it:
        1. Write the number
        2. Make sure “Exactly the same as” is selected”. (Optionally select a different match criteria to block calls from a certain network, area code etc.)
        3. Tap “Save”
      • To block an existing contact:
        1. Tap “Contacts”
        2. Access “Logs” or “Contacts”
        3. Select the contact to block and tap “Save”

    Unblock a Number:

    1. Tap “Phone”
    2. Go to “Keypad” or “Logs”
    3. Tap “Menu” > “Settings” > “Call”
    4. Tap “Call rejection”
    5. Select “Auto reject list”
    6. To allow calls from a number but keep it in the block list: clear the check box next to the blocked number
    7. To allow calls and also remove the number from the block list: tap the “Trash can” icon, check the box associated with the number you want to unblock, and tap “Done”

    Block Messages:

    1. Open “Messages”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Enable “Spam filter” > “Add to spam numbers”
    4. Tap “+” and enter the phone number you want to block messages from (NOTE: you can also choose a contact instead)
    5. Tap “Save”

    Unblock Messages:

    1. Open “Messages” and tap “Menu”
    2. Go to “Settings”
    3. Enable “Spam filter” and tap “Add to spam numbers”
    4. Tap and hold the number you want to unblock
    5. Tap “Delete” > “Done”
