Transfer Audio Files from a Windows Computer:

    1. Connect the LG G4c to your PC via USB
    2. At the prompt, enable “Media sync (MTP)” on the phone (or enable the option from the notification area)
    3. On the computer, open an Explorer window and locate the desired audio files on the PC HDD / SSD
    4. Copy the desired files and navigate to the phone storage
    5. Paste the files, preferably in the “Media” directory on the phone
    6. Once the transfer is done, click the mass storage device icon in the system tray and eject the phone storage
    7. Safely disconnect the phone from the USB cable

    Change the Phone’s General Ringtone:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Go to “Settings
    3. Tap the “Sound & notification” tab
    4. Tap “Ringtone
    5. Select the desired ringtone and tap “OK

    Change a Specific Contact’s Ringtone:

NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be assigned to contacts stored on the phone’s internal memory or SIM card.

    1. Open “Contacts
    2. Select the desired contact
    3. Tap the “Edit” icon shaped like a pencil
    4. Tap “Ringtone
    5. Select the desired ringtone and tap “OK

    Change the Notification Sound:

    1. Go to “Settings
    2. Tap “Sound & notification
    3. Scroll to “Advanced Settings” and tap “More
    4. Tap “Notification sound” and select the desired sound
    5. Tap “OK” to confirm
