Transfer Audio Files from a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the LG G Vista 2 to your computer via USB
    2. From the notification area on the phone, ensure the device is connected as “Media sync (MTP)”
    3. Open an Explorer window on the computer
    4. In Explorer, navigate to the desired audio files on the PC and copy them
    5. Transfer the files on the phone storage, preferably in the “Media” directory and “Alarms” / “Notifications” / “Ringtones” folder(s)
    6. After the transfer is done, eject the phone storage from the system tray
    7. Safely disconnect the phone from the USB connector

    Change the Phone Ringtone:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Open “Settings”
    3. Access the “Sounds & notification” tab
    4. Tap “Ringtone”
    5. Select the desired ringtone and tap “OK”

Change the Ringtone for One Contact:

NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be assigned to contacts stored on the SIM or the phone’s internal memory.

    1. Tap “Contacts”
    2. Select the desired contact
    3. Tap the “Edit” icon depicting a pencil
    4. Tap “Ringtone” and select the desired ringtone
    5. Press “OK” to confirm

    Change the Notification Sound:

    1. Open the “Settings” menu
    2. Access the “Sound & Notification” tab
    3. Scroll to “Advanced settings” and tap “More”
    4. Tap “Notification sound” and select the desired audio file
    5. Tap “OK” set it
