    1. Log into your Gmail account and select “Contacts” from the dropdown menu on the upper left corner.
    2. You will see all your contacts from there. If you can’t access to your contacts, just key in “CTRL + F5” to fresh.
    3. Finally click on “More” then “Restore contacts”. Choose the date you want to restore to and click on “Restore”.

    To everyone out there. I need help to recovery my Lg Ms323. After i preformed a factory reset, my phone got stuck on the recovery screen giving me an error message: the setup wizard has suddenly stopped. I can't even use my keyboard yo input my gmail address. I need help really bad.

    NOTE: To learn how you can back up apps, contacts and media files on the LG Optimus L70, visit this thread for a full guide on the matter.

    Restoring Applications:

    1. Tap "Apps" while viewing the home screen
    2. Tap "Backup" > "Restore"
    3. Choose a backup file from the list
    4. Tap "Restore"
    5. In the warning pop-up, review the warning information and tap "Yes"
    6. Wait for your smartphone to restart and your apps should be restored

    Restoring Contacts:

    1. Tap "Apps" and launch "Backup"
    2. Tap "Restore"
    3. Select the backup file containing your contacts and tap "Restore" again
    4. Tap "Yes" at the warning pop-up and wait for your smartphone to restart

    Restoring Media Files from a Windows Computer:

    1. Establish a connection between the LG Optimus L70 and computer via USB
    2. On the smartphone, tap "Media sync (MTP)" when prompted
    3. From the AutoPlay window on the computer, click "Open device to view files using Windows Explorer"
    4. Launch a secondary Windows Explorer window and locate the files backed up on your computer
    5. Copy the desired files, and paste them on your phone's storage
    6. After the transfer is complete, click the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon in the system tray
    7. Click "Safely Remove Mass Storage Device" > "OK"
    8. It's now safe to disconnect your smartphone
