    Block Messages:

    1. Tap “Messages” on the home screen
    2. Tap and hold the message thread exchanged with the contact you want to block
    3. In the “Message options” pop-up, tap “Block contact”

    Unblock Messages:

    1. Open “Messages”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Block list”
    3. Select the contact you want to unblock
    4. Tap “Menu” > “Unblock contacts”

    Block Calls:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Open “People”
    3. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
    4. Tap “Blocked contacts”
    5. Tap “+” and perform one of the following:
      • To block a contact:
        1. Tick the check box associated with the desired contact(s)
        2. Tap “Save”
        3. You can tap “OK” to save the contact information to another account before blocking it
      • To block a phone number: Enter the phone number and tap “OK”

    Unblock Calls:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Launch “People”
    3. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
    4. Tap “Blocked contacts”
    5. Tap “Menu” > “Remove block contacts”
    6. Select the desired contact(s) and tap “Delete”

    Forward All Calls:

    1. Access the “Settings“ menu
    2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
    3. Select “Always forward”
    4. Enter the phone number to forward calls to
    5. Tap “Enable”

    Forward Certain Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

    1. Open the apps drawer and launch “Settings”
    2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
    3. Choose to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unanswered”, or “Forward when unreachable”
    4. Enter the phone number to forward calls to
    5. Tap “Update” / “Enable”

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Go to “Settings”
    3. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
    4. Tap “Always forward” > “Disable”
