    Enable Call Forwarding:

    1. Access the “Settings” menu
    2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
    3. Choose “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
    4. Tap “Enable”

    Forward Calls (Conditional):

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Go to “Settings”
    3. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
    4. Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when unreachable”
    5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
    6. Tap “Update” / “Enable”

    Turn Off Call Forwarding:

    1. Open the apps drawer and go to “Settings”
    2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
    3. Tap “Always forward” (or select a different option)
    4. Tap “Disable”

    Block Calls:

    1. Open “People”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
    3. Tap “Blocked contacts” > “+”
    4. Perform one of the following steps:
      • To block a contact: tick the check box next to the contact and tap “Save”. (Optionally, tap “OK” to save the contact information to another account)
      • To block a phone number: enter it and tap “OK”

    Unblock Calls:

    1. Open “People”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
    3. Tap “Blocked contacts”
    4. Tap “Menu” > “Remove blocked contacts”
    5. Select the contacts you want to unblock and tap “Delete”

    Block Messages:

    1. On the home screen, tap “Messages”
    2. Tap and hold the message thread exchanged with the contact you wish to block
    3. When prompted with the “Message options” pop-up, tap “Block contact”

    Unblock Messages:

    1. Launch “Messages”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Block list”
    3. Select the contact you want to unblock
    4. Tap “Menu” > “Unblock contacts”
