Transfer Audio Files from a Windows Computer:

    1. Connect the BLU Vivo Air LTE to your computer via USB
    2. Drag the “Status” bar down and enable “Media device (MTP)” if necessary
    3. Launch a File Explorer on the computer
    4. Locate the desired audio files on your PC, and copy them
    5. Transfer the files on the phone storage in the “Media” directory, preferably in the “Ringtones” and “Notifications” folders
    6. Once the files have been transferred, eject the phone storage from the system tray
    7. Safely disconnect the phone from the USB connector

    Change the Phone’s Ringtone:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Access “Settings”
    3. Scroll to “Device” and tap “Sound”
    4. Tap “Phone ringtone” under “Call ringtone & vibrates”
    5. Select the desired ringtone
    6. Tap “OK”
    7. Optionally, you can enable or disable “Also vibrate for calls”

Change the Ringtone of a Single Contact:

NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be set for contacts stored on the phone’s internal memory or the SIM card.

    1. Launch “Contacts”
    2. Select the desired contact
    3. Tap “Edit”
    4. Tap “Menu” > “Set ringtone”
    5. Select the desired ringtone and tap “OK”

    Change the Notification Sound:

    1. Go to the “Settings” menu and scroll to “Device”
    2. Tap “Sound & notification”
    3. Scroll to “Sound” and tap “Default Notification Sound”
    4. Select the desired notification sound and tap “OK”
